i like it. good work for the first one. the stars are a little boring though, maybe try some variation there next time. the nebula is good but looses your handwriting due to only using the photoshop standard brush. the composition however is simple but effective.
the planets also need some work mainly on the lighting. they look somewhat smudgy.

i'm not saying this to get you down, but as you asked for feedback, here you are :P.

overall very decent work for the first attempt. keep at it.

Nice work :) Colours are simple yet not boring.
Pretty much the only thing that's getting at me is that the lighting on the clouds sort of look like an outer glow, rather than looking like it's actually reflecting off of them. But I'm not gonna go and tell you to fix it because this is your first scene, and it's a hell of a lot better than my first scene :P

It looks really nice at full view, really nice. The colors go on real smooth and please the eyes. The nebula clouds look awsome. You could have used less black though, and made the over all piece a little more interesting, but this is deffinatly way better than what I can do.
